To register you or your school for a KhelVS league, we collect basic contact details — name, email, and phone number — along with school or college affiliation, city, and the games you're interested in competing in. This information is used only to set up rosters, schedule matches, and communicate league updates.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize student data in any form. Information collected through sign-ups or league participation is used exclusively to run KhelVS competitions and is never shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
Every school and college league operates under faculty or coach moderation. Designated staff have oversight of rosters, communications, and in-league conduct to keep the environment safe and accountable for student participants.
